Description: Created for Sundance 2010 & awarded Best of Utah 2010, this decadent combination of red and black raspberries & blueberries soaked in Amaretto is simmered slowly while rich award winning Amano Madagascar & Dos Rios chocolate is melted in.
Ingredients: Black and red raspberries, blueberries, Amano Chocolate (cacao beans, cocoa butter, whole vanilla beans), pectin, lemon juice, amaretto, citric acid.

Description: This jam is another way of continuing to preserve our roots (we are Sicilian). Ciao This! is a balsamic "jammy"--our first venture in to the low sugar jam world-jam+jelly=jammy. A rich blend of aged balsamic, Deglet Noor Dates, Figs, Berries and a titch of other local produce this jam is fantastic on anything you eat. We love it with Snowy Mountain Creamery's Ricotta, atop a cracker with Buratta, or on a salami sandwich.
Item Tasting Notes: OF COURSE it it is fantastic on Ice Cream and Cheesecake. You don't even need to ask...Glazing meats? Oh yea, you need to try this.
All this and only 9g of sugar per TBSP. Those are the facts.
It is a little bit more expensive than our other jams, but go to your local Kneaders and it costs over twelve dollars a jar for a balsamic jelly and you DON'T want to read the ingredients (or the oz.)
Just so you know how good this tastes, we have pre-orders of for this jam that are shipping to buyers we met at the Fancy Food Show in NYC this summer on September 1st. Our first order is for 500 jars of this alone! It is that good.

Description: Tart Montmorency Cherries from Brigham City (Woodyatt Farms) soaked in Passion Fruit Rum, and then pulsed into small pieces. While cooking citrus juice is added, a bit of sea salt and special spices just prior to setting to make a tart and tangy fruit spread. The lack of added sugar (or substitutes) emphasizes the wonderful flavor of these cherries that are normally uses for pies. “Fantastic!”
Ingredients: Montmorency cherries, pectin, sea salt, lemon juice, passion fruit, rum, nutmeg, citric acid.
