She combines apricots, figs, Seville orange peel, Door County dried cherries, Oregon hazelnuts, California almonds, local honey, Wisconsin creamery butter, cane sugar and a hint of flour. 4 ounces

While this knife is perfectly dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing to keep the blade from needing early sharpening.
